Enterprise networked system consist of windows 2003 or 2008 server PC with our proprietary centralized Content Management Software.  Content Manager software is one of the primary components in the comprehensive Digital Signage System.   Our web-based Content Manager Server software provides central management of media players, and automates the design and distribution of a wide variety of multi-media file formats into playlists. Playlists are then set into schedules and stored in a central database for distribution to the network of digital signage displays. With the Content Manager, the message to be played is assembled, scheduled, and delivered for dynamic playback over a network of digital signage appliances using standard file formats and protocols.

The WebDT Content Manager can be scaled up to support up to thousands of players at the same time. Designed for edge server support, bandwidth can be effectively managed for efficient use and download timing can be minimized for large scale deployments.

As more and more media players are added to the existing Digital Signage Network, existing bandwidth and system resources can be overwhelmed. The Edge Server resolves this problem by aggregating all connections. It enables administrators to scale up or redistribute access to each media players without dismantling the current deployment. Administrators can add additional  Edge Servers, reallocating existing servers to match changes in the flow of traffic among different sites.


For instance, if the remote site can only be configured with slow cellular phone wireless connection; instead of having all media players connect to the central Content Manager Server separately, all of the media players can be aggregated into a local area network, which can be served by a single  Edge content management Server.

  • Ticker function for real-time RSS feeds
  • Multiple zones can display up to eight channels in split-zones simultaneously. User can define attributes, size, location, or order for each zone.
  • Preset templates give basic screen layout combinations that are ready to use and can be changed to create custom templates.
  • Playlists for content blending and multimedia playlist development of media files.
  • Scheduling of playlist and ticker files by date and time for content playing.
  • System management through manager and administrator level accounts to establish system settings, configure alerts, and other device support.
  • Reporting of details of execution logs and other actions for account management and billing.
  • Auto Recovery from network errors or power failures for automatic play back of content and schedule reloading.
  • Urgent Cast: Create urgent messages for emergency situations in text, audio or multimedia formats; options for uploading a site logo or locking/ unlocking screen. Preload urgent cast messages to signage appliances for immediate playback when a situation arises. Urgent messages can be sent to the digital signage network as well as all computers within a network.

Emergency Message Broadcast (SimulCAST)


SimulCAST System is part of the Content Manager software suite, a key component of the comprehensive Digital Signage System. With the SimulCAST System, school/ corporate departments can broadcast “Emergency” messages instantly and simultaneously. Control the messages centrally and distribute them via the web-based management interface, publishing to every digital signage display and to computer within the network. Distribute messages by county, by building, or by department.

  • Administrator can set up predefined installer program that students or employees can download to install onto their individual computer
