Refund Policy

All Media 2000 Systems software products are available for a 30-day evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. Evaluation software can be obtained through Media 2000 Systems sales up on the full review of your solution.  Software products purchased after evaluation are not refundable.  We charge 40% restocking fee on all the hardware items only if the solution is not working up on our proposal.
